Take a break from the negative

Good Morning!!

I have a little exercise for today! We are all going to take a break from negativity.
Every single kind of it!

I'm actually going to see how many days in a row I can do it until it is no longer a conscious decision.

For this exercise, a rubber band is optional, but makes it so much more interesting!

Put the rubber band on your wrist and start the day.

Here is the NOT say anything negative about ANYTHING.

Ladies...none of this, "My butt looks big."

That would be an obvious example, but even complaining about traffic.
Anything negative at all, must not pass your lips!

If you happen to slip up, which you probably will, we are after all, human.

Pull that rubber band back and give it a snap.

Just a little reminder that negativity hurts, literally.

It is a soul sucker.

* You get bonus points for actually thinking of a positive to put in place of the negativity. *

Actually, no, you won't get bonus points. Sorry. You will have a positive day though, and that rocks way more than bonus points!
